Job summary

Sephora in Norwalk, CT seeks a Seasonal Associate to provide an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations during peak moments. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere and keep the store visually ready.

This role requires flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with 0–14 hours per week. Previous retail or guest-service experience is preferred, and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$21.75 - $24.88/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
