Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate to provide outstanding client experiences while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You will maintain a welcoming environment, keep displays stocked, and contribute to a visually appealing store that reflects Sephora's brand.

This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a 0–14 hour weekly schedule. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and thrive in a fast-paced team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
