Job summary

Sephora North Charleston store is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver outstanding client experiences while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You'll create a welcoming experience and ensure the store is stocked and visually ready to engage customers.

You will assist with inventory, merchandising, and fostering an inclusive, team‑oriented environment. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays with an hourly pay of $18.00–$20.50.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
