Job summary

Sephora Modesto is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations during peak moments. You will help maintain a stocked, visually ready storefront and assist with onstage service and merchandising.

This role offers flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week) and requires availability during nights, weekends and holidays. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store culture.

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$20.85 - $23.98/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
