Job summary

Sephora in Elk Grove is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help maintain a welcoming, visually ready store and support promotions and events.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with 0–14 hours per week expected. Healthcare and benefits are available to eligible teammates.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$20.85 - $23.98/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
