Sephora in McLean, VA is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll create a welcoming experience while keeping shelves stocked and visually ready.

This hourly position requires availability during peak retail times, including nights, weekends and holidays, with 0–14 hours per week. You’ll lift up to 50 pounds and join a team focused on customer service and brand standards.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:

• $21.75 - $24.88/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
