Job summary

Sephora in McAllen is seeking a flexible, part-time retail teammate. You will deliver exceptional client experiences, support daily operations, and assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities include inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Availability during peak retail hours is required, and lifting up to 50 pounds may be necessary.

Your Role at Sephora

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation: $16.60 - $19.30/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
