Job summary

Sephora in Laguna Niguel is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll help create a welcoming environment and keep the store visually ready.

This hourly, flexible role requires availability for peak retail times including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a 0–14 hour weekly schedule and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$20.85 -$23.98/hrthe actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
