Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a Seasonal Associate to provide an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments.

You’ll create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store, and you will be scheduled 0–14 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.50 per hour, with comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
