Job summary

Sephora in Huntsville, AL is hiring a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments.

You'll keep the store visually ready, assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Hours are 0–14 per week with availability on nights, weekends, and holidays; compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
