Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. in Glen Mills, PA is hiring a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will deliver a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store.

This role requires strong client service, excellent communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule (0–14 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.

Compensation:
$19.80 -$22.90/hrthe actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
