Sephora Glen Mills Stores is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You will create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store, and you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a Seasonal Associate, you will help deliver outstanding client experiences, assist with inventory and merchandising, and ensure Sephora standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance is expected to be consistent.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.

Compensation:

$19.80 - $22.90/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
