Job summary

Sephora Fort Wayne is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments.

You will help maintain stock levels, assist with merchandising, and ensure a visually appealing environment in a fast-paced setting. The role requires reliability, customer focus, and teamwork.

Compensation ranges from $16.60 to $19.30 per hour with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.


• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.


• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.


• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.


• Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.


• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.


• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.


• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
