Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc in Farmington, UT is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will contribute to a welcoming shopping experience and help maintain a stocked, visually ready store while assisting clients with product questions.

Flex schedule, with 0–14 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays. Prior retail or hospitality experience and strong communication skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.

Compensation:
$18.00 -$20.50/hrthe actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
