Job summary

Carter’s in Downey, CA is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of our brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, introduce baby essentials, and help them prep for school and parenting moments while delivering friendly, helpful service.

In a fast-paced store, you will handle POS transactions, restock floors, and explain current promotions and the loyalty program. You’ll contribute to a clean, welcoming environment and support store goals with a positive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience and complete POS transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit.
• Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean store and providing outstanding service.

Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 - $19.25 per hour based on experience and location.
