Carter's in Dedham, MA is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, help with product styles, and complete POS transactions while keeping the store neat and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers confidently and proactively in a busy retail setting.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
