Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. in Culver City is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations during peak moments. You will help maintain a stocked, visually ready store and contribute to a welcoming experience at a fast-paced location.

This hourly, part-time role with flexible hours (0–14 per week) requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays and fosters inclusivity and teamwork within the Sephora community.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$22.60 -$26.00/hrthe actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
