Job summary

Sephora Bloomingdale is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will create a welcoming experience, keep the store stocked and visually appealing, and help clients find what they need in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week) and requires availability during nights, weekends and holidays. Hourly pay ranges from $19.80 to $22.90, with Sephora providing comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$19.80 - $22.90/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
