Job summary

Sephora in Deer Park, IL is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help maintain a welcoming, visually-ready store and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.

The role is hourly with non-exempt status and flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with 0–14 hours per week. Expect to embody inclusivity and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$19.80 - $22.90/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
