Job summary

Sephora Berkeley is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help maintain a welcoming, visually ready store and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

The role requires flexibility with scheduling (0–14 hours per week) and availability during nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is hourly, reflecting geographic location and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$22.60 - $26.00/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
