Sephora Berkeley is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help keep the store stocked, visually ready, and welcoming, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where teamwork and service are valued.

This role offers flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week) with eligibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and hourly pay between $22.60 and $26.00.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$22.60 - $26.00/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
