Job summary

Sephora in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver outstanding client experiences by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You’ll help maintain a welcoming, well-stocked store and contribute to Sephora’s Belong to Something Beautiful culture.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week) and must be available during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.

Compensation:
$22.60 - $26.00/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
