Job summary

Sephora in Bend, OR is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will maintain a welcoming store environment and keep shelves stocked and visually ready.

Key duties include customer service, inventory management, stock replenishment, and accurate promotional setups. You’ll uphold Sephora standards, work as part of a fast-paced team, and be available during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
