Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate for the VA-Clarendon location to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help create a welcoming experience, keep shelves stocked, and uphold Sephora standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers flexible hours (0–14 per week) with nights, weekends, and holidays, and compensation ranges from $21.75 to $24.88 per hour, depending on location.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$21.75 - $24.88/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
