Job summary

Sephora at Mall of Georgia seeks a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations during peak moments. You will help maintain a welcoming, stocked store and enhance onstage service in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling (0–14 hours weekly), requires availability during nights, weekends and holidays, and involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds. Compensation: $18.00–$20.50/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
