Job summary

Sephora in Arcadia, CA is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll create a welcoming guest experience while keeping the store visually ready and well stocked.

This role requires exceptional client service, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Hours are flexible (0–14 per week) with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$22.60 - $26.00/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
