Job summary

Newell Brands’ Yankee Candle store in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal 2nd Assistant to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving profitable top-line growth.

You will help build a high-performing team, onboard and develop staff, coach for strong selling, and maintain store standards while supporting inventory and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School completion or GED required.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
