Job summary

Kirkwood Mountain Resort in Kirkwood, CA, is hiring for winter seasonal roles including transportation and parking. The Assistant Manager will oversee all operational aspects of Transportation and Parking, ensuring safe, efficient service for guests during busy winter months.

This role collaborates with other departments to maintain fleet and facilities, manage schedules, training, and DOT compliance, while delivering a memorable mountain experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CDL license with Passenger endorsement (preferred)
• Previous leadership experience
• Exemplary guest service and communication skills
• Able and willing to work a flexible schedule, as needed
• Proficiency in data analytics and statistics

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of leads and line-level employees to fulfill their job duties and provide assistance and guidance as needed
• Maintain transportation & parking operations
• Manage all driver & parking attendant schedules and training requirements
• Manage all Driver Qualification Files / Records
• Manage DOT Drug Testing program in accordance with FMCSA & DOT Standards
• Meet with guests and employees to follow-up on complaints, incidents, and/or accidents
• Attend meetings across the resort in support of overall buisness goals
• Excel in the performance of all job duties of a driver and or dispatcher as needed
• Administrative records keeping, and data analysis
• Any other responsibilities as required
