Job summary

Northland Constructors of Duluth is seeking a Construction Equipment Operator - Asphalt Paving to safely operate asphalt paver, screed, rollers and related equipment under the foreperson's direction. This full-time seasonal role runs May through November (weather permitting) with overtime and some Saturdays, including local and regional travel.

You will join a union-benefited crew; one or more years of road construction equipment experience or a Heavy Equipment Operation diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• One or more years operating road construction equipment.
• Technical school degree in Heavy Equipment Operation preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt paver and related paving equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow foreperson directions, work overtime and some Saturdays; local/regional travel possible.
