Qualifications

• Be self-motivated and dependable.
• Be a personable, friendly and passionate leader.
• Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be available to work with crossing guards at their field assignments both before and after school.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage local School Crossing Guard programs in the San Bernardino/Highland area.
• Coordinate with schools, districts and police as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures and schedules align with the school calendar.
• Provide timely guidance and support to crossing guards.
