No experience needed; training provided!

Arcade Attendant - Tucson

Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Multitasking at the redemption booth, selling game cards and redeeming prizes.
2. Ensuring guest safety by following all safety processes and protocols.
3. Anticipating guest needs and perceptions.
4. Properly using RHC equipment (Kiosks, card readers, POS systems, bowling equipment, arcade games, laser tag, Krazy Darts, Intercard, etc.).
5. Answering phones professionally and addressing guest questions and concerns.
6. Knowing and communicating ROADIES game card and point redemption policies.
7. Conducting ticket, game, and redemption sales, and offering comps per company policy.
8. Engaging in professional communication with staff and guests.
9. Maintaining and cleaning arcade games and equipment, troubleshooting minor issues, and assisting guests.
10. Verifying daily correct pricing on prizes.
11. Maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the arcade, including debris removal.
12. Completing assigned side-work and reviewing bathroom cleanliness per training guidelines.
13. Removing arcade trash.
14. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
