Life Time, Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Lifeguard to monitor indoor and outdoor pools, ensuring safety and delivering friendly member service on a fast-paced club deck.

You will assist with aquatics events such as Dive in Movies and Poolapalooza, and you must meet StarGuard Elite Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certifications. The role requires endurance and the ability to lift, bend, and move around the pool area.

Formación

• Working toward a high school diploma or GED.
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid Certified (or bridge to StarGuard when current certification expires or within 1st year).
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to tread water for 1 minute.
• Ability to swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from the bottom of the pool and swim the brick to the top without stopping.
• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.

You will monitor the pool deck and maintain safety on water slides. You will help with aquatics events, such as "Dive in Movies" & "Poolapalooza".

Preferred Requirements
