Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Apparel Processing Outfitter to manage processing of apparel shipments from receipt to stocking on the sales floor and in backrooms. The role focuses on timely replenishment, adherence to Visual Merchandising standards, and accurate use of the inventory system.

Candidate should be capable of unloading trucks, assisting with signage and pricing, and maintaining organized backstock while delivering friendly customer service to guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to use company computer systems and devices such as System Two, RF/Gizmo devices & POS register system.
• Ability to process and organize information to include plan-o-grams, visual guides & merchandising standards.
• Ability to review replenishment reporting to organize merchandise to fill the sales floor.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other outfitters.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Effectively processes all apparel merchandise at time of receipt, adhering to all Visual Merchandising & MPS Standards, and utilizing the inventory management system.
• Systematically replenishes merchandise to the sales floor as required per the Visual Merchandising Standards utilizing the inventory management system.
• Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales to promote effective backroom organization and replenishment.
• Unloads trucks as needed.
• Assists with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise.
• Keeps work area clean, neat, organized and well stocked with supplies.
• Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all guests.
