Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Apparel Processing Outfitter to manage the end-to-end processing of apparel merchandise from receipt to stocking on the sales floor and in Receiving. You will use inventory systems to ensure accurate replenishment and signage.

The role emphasizes efficient backroom organization, adherence to Visual Merchandising standards, and delivering exceptional guest service while performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Process all apparel merchandise at time of receipt using inventory management system and standards.
• Replenish merchandise to the sales floor per Visual Merchandising Standards using inventory system.
• Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales to promote backroom organization and replenishment.
• Unload trucks as needed.
• Assist with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise.
• Keep work area clean, neat, organized and well stocked with supplies.
• Ensure backstock merchandise remains organized and accessible.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for guests.
