Job summary

The Salvation Army - El Paso Citadel Corp Admin Office is seeking a Seasonal Full-Time Helper to assist with the Angel Tree program. You will assist individuals, provide information about adopting Angels, and maintain accurate records of the adoption and gift process.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering questions, delivering prompt service, and supporting record-keeping. This role supports the Christmas season mission and requires basic English communication and attention to

MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

• Ability to meet attendance requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.
• Ability to sort and file documents alphabetically and numerically.
• Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail with constant breaks in concentration associated with answering questions or speaking to individuals requiring assistance.
• Ability to perform all duties with an understanding of the mission, ministry, philosophy, culture, and protocol of The Salvation Army and conducts all duties in accordance with the ministry of the organization and its Christian principles; conducts all communications and job duties with the highest level of professionalism.
• Duties are usually performed seated, but may require walking, standing, lifting and carrying.
• Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.) 5-10% of work time
