Flatlands Logistics is hiring Seasonal Delivery Drivers for peak 2026 at DMC3 (4054 Powell Dr, Shawnee, KS 66226). You will drive an Amazon van, delivering Amazon packages and be employed by Flatlands, not Amazon.

Base pay starts at $23.25/hr with potential to $27+/hr with bonuses; $325 sign-on; weekly pay; 10-hour pay guarantee; and a $300 referral bonus. Training is paid; van, gas, handheld and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• 21+ with a valid driver’s license (no CDL) and a clean driving record.
• Availability for the full season (October 6, 2026 – January 5, 2027).
• To pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review and 4-panel drug test.
• Reliable transportation to DMC3, 4054 Powell Dr, Shawnee.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and keep a steady pace on your feet all day.
• Ability to read and communicate in English for safety and customer instructions.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive an Amazon van and deliver Amazon packages.
• Handle 150+ stops and 300+ packages per day, up to 50 lbs.
• Use Amazon routing app on a handheld device.

Flatlands Logistics is a locally owned Amazon Delivery Service Partner – now in our 7th year – hiring Seasonal Delivery Drivers for peak 2026 at DMC3 (4054 Powell Dr, Shawnee, KS 66226). You drive an Amazon van and deliver Amazon packages; you’re employed by Flatlands, not Amazon.

Job Description

What you get

• $23.25/hr base – top performers earn the equivalent of $27+/hr with bonuses
• 10-hour pay guarantee – finish your route early, still get paid for 10 hours
• Performance bonuses start after just 3 weeks of delivering (not 8): scorecard bonus up to $1.25/hr for top safety and quality, plus $15 for every rescue
• $325 Sign-On Bonus – paid when you finish the season (January 5, 2027)

The Elite Squad Draft – your shot at a permanent job

• Compete all peak long on safety, quality and attendance – weekly leaderboard, Draft Day December 29
• Drafted drivers earn a permanent Delivery Driver spot at Lenexa (DKS3) or Manhattan (DDK2) and a $500 total bonus – your $325 Sign-On Bonus plus a $175 Elite Squad top-up paid after 60 days on the permanent team
• Spots are limited – the leaderboard decides; selection is not guaranteed

The schedule

• 11:20 AM start, ~10-hour shifts
• At least 1 weekend day; available the full season, including peak weeks in November and December

The work (straight talk)

• 150+ stops and 300+ packages a day, up to 50 lbs, in every kind of weather
• In and out of the van all day – this is an active job
• Drive safely using Amazon’s routing app on a handheld device
