Flatlands Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner located in Lenexa, KS, seeking drivers to deliver Amazon packages. Earn $23.25–$25/hr with weekly pay, a 10-hour guaranteed pay, and a $300 referral bonus for each hire who stays 60 days. Training is paid and a van, gas, handheld device, and uniform are provided. Shifts are 10 hours, 4–5 days per week, with at least one weekend day.

Qualifications

• 21+ with a valid driver's license (no CDL) and a clean driving record.
• To pass a background check, MVR review and 4-panel drug test.
• Reliable transportation to DKS3, 10800 Mill Creek Rd, Lenexa
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and keep a steady pace on your feet all day.
• Ability to read and communicate in English for safety and customer instructions.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 150+ stops and 300+ packages daily, up to 50 lbs.
• Active job with frequent in-and-out of the van
• Drive safely using the routing app on a handheld device.

Flatlands Logistics is a locally owned Amazon Delivery Service Partner at DKS3 (10800 Mill Creek Rd, Lenexa, KS 66219) – now in our 7th year. You drive an Amazon van and deliver Amazon packages; you’re employed by Flatlands, not Amazon.

The schedule

• 4–5 days a week, ~10-hour shifts, 9:20 AM start
• At least 1 weekend day; extra flexibility needed during Prime Week and the holidays

The work (straight talk)

• 150+ stops and 300+ packages a day, up to 50 lbs, in every kind of weather
• In and out of the van all day – this is an active job
• Drive safely using Amazon’s routing app on a handheld device
