Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking Seasonal Alcohol Compliance Supervisors to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will ensure that all operations comply with state, federal, and local alcohol laws, plus company procedures, while supervising frontline staff and maintaining safety and service quality.

You will supervise team members serving alcohol, observe issues, and advise on best practices.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid, unexpired alcohol pourer's permit required prior to being hired.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members serving alcohol and ensure compliance with the alcohol service policy.
• Observe and document any alcohol-related issues.
• Answer questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service.
• Ensure all team members serving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit prior to the beginning of work.
• Assist with alcohol cut-off.
