Job summary

Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo brands. A 150-day seasonal, full-time Fleet Coordinator position is available at Punta Gorda Airport (PGD). Start dates in November; 40 hours per week at $15/hour.

Responsibilities include fleet movement, lot organization, and asset control initiatives. The role emphasizes coordination with the Fleet Supervisor, branch managers, and the driver team to ensure accurate vehicle placement and efficient operations

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willing to work five days per week and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle movement on and off the lot; manage fleet locations at the airport and offsite lots.
• Coordinate and execute asset control, fleet reconciliation, and damage evaluation initiatives.
• Maintain registrations and support turnaround, title processes, and maintenance tracking.
• Prepare and report daily fleet inventory counts; serve as driver team point of contact.
