Job summary

Central United Cooperative is seeking seasonal help for our agronomy department to assist with NH3 tank operations. Flexible hours with day, evening, and weekend shifts; hourly position with overtime after 40 hours per week.

A seasonal B license and CDL/HazMat endorsements may be required, with employer-provided guidance to obtain them. Responsibilities include pulling, transporting, and filling anhydrous tanks, maintaining equipment, and supporting warehouse activities for chemicals, seeds, and

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Must communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
• Agriculture background preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull NH3 tanks to and from fields and operate within farm site.
• Maintain machinery and equipment used in fertilizer handling.
• Deliver fertilizer, chemical, water and anhydrous to operators; fill tanks as needed.
• Assist with chemical and seed warehouse activities.
• Adhere to safety policies and state/federal safety regulations.
