Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. in Jamestown, NY seeks a Seasonal backup to our Applicators. This role supports outbound/inbound agronomy products, operates tender trucks, and helps with grounds and equipment maintenance during busy seasons.

You will assist with safety compliance, maintain records, and communicate daily activities to the location manager. A Class A or B CDL (or ability to obtain Ag CDL) and a strong work ethic are required.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B preferred, or ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgment.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and attention to detail.
• Must work extended hours during busy seasons.
• Hazmat endorsement a plus.
• Territory and agriculture knowledge is a plus.
• Acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Operate tender trucks to provide product to custom application equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in equipment maintenance.
• Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds including mowing, spraying weeds, and moving snow.
• Communicate daily activities, needs and accomplishments to the location manager.
• Prepare and maintain records in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
• May assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer, NH3, UAN, and other chemicals.
• Serve as a backup to Applicators.
• Lift 40+lbs unassisted.
