• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. • This position will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions. Ability to work long days in outside environment. Conditions can include high heat, insects, cold, and various environmental issues. The employee will need to walk on uneven ground (production fields), work near equipment or machinery, and may be exposed to vibration or constant movement. The noise levels can be high during certain planting and harvest events.
• Employee is required to wear working boots that will stay mud, water and dirt. Light weight, long sleeves, and pants are suggested for the high heat, as well as a hat. Required PPE will be provided by HM Clause.
