Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to energize customers, deliver exceptional service, and support store operations during peak seasons. You’ll engage shoppers with product knowledge, assist in merchandising, and help maintain a welcoming, brand-aligned store environment.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year of experience, strong communication, and a willingness to learn about VF brands. This role is part-time or temporary with potential for transition to regular employment.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of relevant retail experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to genuinely engage with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong communication skills—verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Proficient computer skills including basic retail systems and applications.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
