Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences, share product knowledge, and contribute to store sales during peak seasons. You will engage with customers, assist with merchandising, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 0–1 year of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a genuine ability to connect with diverse customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements valued.
• Ability to engage with a diverse customer base with confidence and professionalism.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge; basic computer/retail system proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide energetic, authentic, customer-first service to enhance the store experience.
• Drive sales through engaging interactions, product knowledge, and brand storytelling.
• Support visual merchandising, replenishment, and adherence to brand standards.
• Operate cash register, support loss prevention, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
