Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our store team during peak season. You will deliver personalized customer engagements, share product knowledge, and help drive sales while supporting merchandising and cashier duties.

We value strong communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn about our brand. Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus, with a high school diploma preferred.
