Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Lebanon, PA is seeking an Activities Supervisor for a seasonal role through October. You will plan, schedule, and lead engaging activities, coordinate events, and manage vendor relationships to create a vibrant guest experience.

The role requires weekend/holiday availability and lively energy. Compensation is $18/hour with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to lead our Activities & Recreation department at the resort.

Qualifications

• Friendly and upbeat personality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in event or activity planning preferred
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Publisher experience a plus)
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays when peak season happens

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and lead activities for guest groups
• Coordinate food and beverages for events
• Book entertainers and presenters
• Manage ticket sales and event logistics
• Plan and execute a lively entertainment program
• Secure sponsors to support events
• Review requests and select vendors for seminars and programs
• Create and manage the monthly resort newsletter
• Communicate openly with guests, vendors, and management
• Represent the resort with enthusiasm and professionalism
