WinShape Foundation is seeking a remote-friendly team member to assist the Activities & Culture team in creating engaging camper activities and coordinating logistics for a memorable camp experience.

The role supports the development of activity playbooks, aligns with camper engagement frameworks, and collaborates with warehouse teams to ensure inventory readiness. Strong communication and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with camper activities or youth programming preferred.
• Ability to work remotely while managing time efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient tone.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging activities playbooks for designated skills and recreational activities.
• Incorporates child development research and engagement frameworks into camp activities.
• Builds lists of ordering and logistics needs for activities playbooks.
• Coordinates with the warehouse team to pass off inventory needs and ensure camp teams are equipped.
• Assists in other Activities & Culture projects as needed.
