Job summary

eCard Systems is seeking a Seasonal Shipping Associate for the 2nd shift to support peak season orders in Brentwood, TN. You will prepare shipments, verify accuracy, and maintain inventory while supporting daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of warehouse/shipping/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify order accuracy, quantities, and product quality before shipment.
• Print shipping labels and process orders using shipping software and carrier platforms.
• Package gift cards, collateral, and related materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Coordinate shipments through carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS using Shiprush software, and other freight providers.
• Load, unload, and organize shipments; operate pallet jack and Walkie forklift.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory documentation.
• Restock shipping and inventory supplies and notify supervisors of shortages.
• Keep warehouse, shipping stations, and storage areas clean, organized and safe.
• Assist with inventory counts, receiving, and other warehouse tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production, customer service, and operations to meet daily deadlines.
