Newell Brands in Natick, MA is seeking a Seasonal 2nd Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering a premier guest experience and driving profitable sales. This part-time, onsite role requires leadership, strong communication, and a keen eye for store operations, merchandising, and loss prevention.

You will help train team members, manage schedules, and uphold company standards on visual presentation, customer service, and safety.

Qualifications

• High School completion or GED is required.
• Proven experience in a retail management role is preferred (2+ years).
• Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills are required.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
