Job summary

Target's Seasonal Security Specialist position supports a safe work environment for team members, temporary workers, vendors and visitors at a Target supply chain building.

You will operate Target-owned vehicles for yard and perimeter patrols and follow emergency procedures. Core responsibilities may change with business needs; a high school diploma, 18+ years of age, multitasking ability and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task as well as the ability to respond quickly and remain calm during crisis situations.
• Possesses and maintains a valid driver\'s license for state employment.

Responsibilities

• Execute routines to support the development of a safe and secure work environment.
• Operate Target-owned vehicles to execute yard and perimeter patrol routines.
• Follow emergency procedures and protocols in emergencies, including incident notification to leadership.
• Follow best practices and procedures relating to the security trailer management process.

Job description

The pay range per hour is $17.98 - $30.48. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.
